As a reminder, the edly ISA marketplace is only accessible to accredited investors. edly is required to verify your investor accreditation status. Accredited investors must prove they meet the requirement based on either income or net worth.

In order to verify your identity, you will need to submit at least one form of photo ID.

In order to be accredited based on the income requirement, your income in the most recent two years must be greater than $200,000 individually, or $300,000 jointly with your spouse. In order to verify the income requirement, you will need provide at least one tax document (1040, W-2, K-1, 1099) from the two most recent years.

In order to be accredited based on the net worth requirement, your net worth must be greater than $1,000,000 (excluding your primary residence). In order to verify the net worth requirement, please provide any of the following acceptable verification documents: Brokerage or Bank statements, or a personal financial statement certified by a CPA or attorney.

If you are using a third party verification source, please select the Third Party Verification Service Method in the form on this page and you will be prompted to submit the third party verification documents, or provide the name and email address of the source so that we may contact them directly.

If you are not use a third party verification source, please select either the Income Verification Method or the Net Worth Verification Method and you will be asked to submit the documentation referenced above.

All documents will be submitted securely, and all information is confidential and subject to edly’s privacy policy.

edly uses the HubSpot CRM to store customer information. HubSpot implements controls and processes that are in compliance with current industry best practices and international regulatory guidelines for cloud security. They leverage standards like Cloud Security Alliance CCM and COBIT. They also align their practices with NIST SP 800 and ISO 27001.
